Leann Baughman

Leann has been attending Allen street with her family Since October 2019, she is a wife to Scott who is a Missouri State Highway Patrolman, they have three children Gabe, Sam , and Gracie. They have lived in Clinton since 2013. The Baughman family has a heart for  Ministry and a Passion for Music. Leann is a Certified Mental Health Coach, Life Coach, Health and Wellness Coach  she has a passion for helping people overcome issues and find Healing and Restoration through Christ. The Baughman family loves to Rollerblade and Walk, it is not uncommon to see them out with their two dogs on a nice sunny afternoon.   Leann and Scott Enjoy living a simple life, they meet in 2003 and always dreamed of raising their kids in a small town.  They are happy to call Clinton their home,  serving at Allen Street is a God given dream come true for Leann.  Romans 8:28 says,  And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

AWANA Director 
SANDY AND RICHARD HAVE BEEN AT ALLEN STREET NEARLY AS LONG AS IT HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE.  SANDY LEADS ONE OF OUR LARGEST ONGOING MINISTRIES:  AWANA. EACH YEAR SANDY BRINGS AN EXCITEMENT AND JOY TO WORKING WITH KIDS.  SINCE 1999 WHEN AWANA BEGAN AT ALLEN STREET, WE HAVE SEEN HUNDREDS COME TO KNOW CHRIST AS THEIR SAVIOR.  THIS YEAR WE HAVE ALREADY SEEN OVER 1500 SECTIONS PASSED IN AWANA.  THAT REPRESENTS WELL OVER 3000 VERSES MEMORIZED.  
RICHARD AND SANDY WORK SIDE BY SIDE IN THE MINISTRIES IN WHICH THEY SERVE. RICHARD IS THE TIMEKEEPER FOR AWANA AND IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ALL THE CRAZY IDEAS SANDY COMES UP WITH. HE ALSO SERVES AS HEAD OF FINANCE WITH OUR FINANCE TEAM, MAKING SURE ALL OUR TITHES AND OFFERINGS ARE BEING SPENT IN A SOUND, ETHICAL WAY TO REACH AS MANY PEOPLE FOR JESUS AS WE CAN. SANDY IS ALSO OUR COORDINATOR AND PRINCIPAL FACILITATOR FOR OUR FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY AS WELL AS FACILITATING GROWTH GROUPS IN HER HOME. RICHARD AND SANDY HAVE BEEN MARRIED SINCE 1975 AND HAVE TWO GREAT CHILDREN.  JENNIFER AND HER HUSBAND BRADY LIVE IN CLINTON AND SERVE AT ALLEN STREET.  JASON lives in South Dakota with TWO OF OUR GRAND BOYS!  SINCE RICHARD AND SANDY ARE BOTH RECENTLY RETIRED, THEY ENJOY GOING TO South Dakota TO VISIT AND CREATING UNIQUE CRAFTS OUT OF WOOD.

Joyce Hood 

Custodian

Joyce has been married to Gerald for 56 years, AND they have SERVED in many capacities over the years,   currently, they have a Kitchen Ministry and Food Pantry Ministry, They have 2 Adult Children, 4 Grandchildren,   and 6 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN. They both enjoy Gardening and SPENDING time outdoors. Joyce's favorite scripture is Psalm 23

Cindy Dodd 

Nursery Director 
Cindy Shockley Dodd serves as the Nursery Director. She is also the VICE PRESIDENT of the Clinton Women’s Outreach Ministry.  Cindy is employed by Clinton Christian Academy as a Paraprofessional. She has spent the last 40-PLUS years in childcare.  She served as the Program Director of Golden Valley Day Care. Cindy loves spending quality time with her family; son Shannon, DAUGHTER-IN-LAW Jamie, and is blessed to be
​Mi Mi to grandchildren Jazmyn and Kasyn. Cindy loves watching basketball as her son Shannon is the Clinton Middle School Basketball Coach and grandson Kasyn is also a basketball player. Her favorite verse is Proverbs 3:5-6  “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
