Justin, Kari & Hannah Wright 

​Justin and Kari Wright came to Henry County in 2013, along with their six children, to pastor a small church in Windsor.  After serving there for 10 years, they felt God calling them to something new and they (along with their daughter Hannah and son Jack) moved to Clinton in April of this year. Justin serves as Pastor of Allen Street Church in Clinton, and Kari is a licensed counselor. They have a heart for God’s people and a desire for them to know that the church is for everyone.

Gabe Baughman
Next Gen Pastor 

Gabe has been on staff for less than a year, he is engaged to be married in Februaury 2025 to Taylor Barton, She will be joining him on his ministry journey. They are proud parents to Pickles the Dauschaund. He makes his appearance every now and again in Youth and Childrens church. Gabe is continuing to persue his Ministry degree at Evangel Univerity and Taylor is a para-professional with Clinton School District. They are proud to be able to be on staff and serve at Allen Street. 

Melva Gegner
Secretary 

Melva and Jeff have been married for 12 years. They have attended Allen Street for the past ten years. Melva serves on the Worship Team, SHe truly has a heart to Praise & Worship, Melva came on staff in late 2024, she is a joy to be around and  serves the church and consideres it a calling and not just a job. Jeff works at Schrieber foods and has served in several places here at allen street. They have ten grandchildren, Lilly, piper, ben, ellie,quinley,willow,saylor,karley,david and cameron. The grandchildren are such an important part of their lives and they are proud of they family that god has blessed them with.

Leann Baughman
​Worship & Executive 

Leann has been attending Allen street with her family Since October 2019, she is a wife to Scott who is a Missouri State Highway Patrolman, they have three children Gabe, Sam , and Gracie. They have lived in Clinton since 2013. The Baughman family has a heart for  Ministry and a Passion for Music. Leann is a Certified Mental Health Coach, Life Coach, Health and Wellness Coach  she has a passion for helping people overcome issues and find Healing and Restoration through Christ. The Baughman family loves to Rollerblade and Walk, it is not uncommon to see them out with their two dogs on a nice sunny afternoon.   Leann and Scott Enjoy living a simple life, they meet in 2003 and always dreamed of raising their kids in a small town.  They are happy to call Clinton their home, working  and serving at Allen Street is a God given dream come true for Leann.  Romans 8:28 says,  And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
