David and Lora were married in 1982 and have 3 children. They have grown up in the Henry County area and have been attending Allen Street since 1984. Since attending Allen Street, they have served in dozens of different capacities. Lora has been working in the youth ministry for many years. David joined Lora in youth ministry and soon after felt a call of God on his life to ministry and was ordained into the Gospel Ministry in July of 2005. David has completed certification and received his diploma through the North American Mission Board as a Certified Apologetics Instructor. David has been employed since 2000 at Aviation Fabricators as a FAA certified aviation welder. Lora works as custodian at church and works at State Fair Community College in Clinton.
Lora and David’s children are Ashlee, Anthony and Kendal. Ashlee lives in Wichita, Kansas with her husband, Karl. Ashlee has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is pursuing that as a career. Anthony is employed at GAI Consultants in Overland Park, Kansas as a Senior Design Specialist. He and his wife Mindy live in Peculiar. with David and Lora's 4 grandsons, Joel, Jace, Jakob, and Jaxon. Anthony is a survivor of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Anthony and David (AKA as David and Goliath) have participated in the LLS Bike TNT 100-mile bike ride at Lake Tahoe as well as other century rides, some of which Kendal also joined them. Kendal is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri. He received his degrees in Elementary Education and Math Specialties and a Masters in Elementary Math Education. He is now a teacher with the Clinton School District where he teaches at the Clinton Intermediate School. His wife Linnae is a kindergarten teacher at Ballard. Kendal and his wife live in Clinton with David and Lora’s granddaughter, Kennalynn and grandson, Daxxlyn. Lora and David enjoy hiking and riding and are planning on riding the Katy Trail from end to end and on hiking some (David says all) of the Appalachian Trail. |

LEANN & SCOTT BAUGHMAN
Leann has been attending Allen street with her family Since October 2019, she is a wife to Scott who is a Missouri State Highway Patrolman, they have three children Gabe, Sam , and Gracie. They have lived in Clinton since 2013. The Baughman family has a heart for Ministry and a Passion for Music. Leann is a Certified Mental Health Coach and has a passion for helping people overcome issues and find Healing and Restoration through Christ. The Baughman family loves to Rollerblade and Walk, it is not uncommon to see them out with their three dogs on a nice sunny afternoon. Leann and Scott Enjoy living a simple life, they meet in 2003 and always dreamed of raising their kids in a small town. They are happy to call Clinton their home, working and serving at Allen Street is a God given dream come true for Leann. Romans 8:28 says, And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
